Dr. Eti Sharma is currently working as Assistant Professor, School of Biotechnology, Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, India. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Molecular Biology & Biotechnology from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar. She established herself in the field of bioprospecting and metabolomics of medicinal plants. She has expertise in medicinal plants research, biofabrication and her current research interest lies in plant-microbe interactions in medicinal plants. She is also working on more edited book proposals. She has authored many research papers, book chapters and popular articles in nationally and internationally reputed journals. Dr. Gunjan Tiwari is working as Scientist C in the Division of Plant Breeding and Genetic Resource Conservation, CSIR-CIMAP-Lucknow, India. She has completed her Ph.D. (Genetics and Plant Breeding) from GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar. She has significantly contributed to the field of Population Genetics and Breeding, where she characterized the structure of breeding populations of various field and horticultural crops using second and third-generation molecular markers. She is actively involved in understanding the genetics of economic traits of medicinal and aromatic plants of global significance and using various selection methods to maximize genetic gain. She has authored many research articles in internationally reputed journals. Dr. Deepali Singh serves as Assistant Professor, School of Biotechnology, Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, India. She achieved her doctoral degree from Delhi University, India. She did her postdoctoral work at The Ohio State University, Columbus, USA. She was trained in studying RNA-protein interactions of RNAse P. She also studied the RNA structure of the retroviral post-transcriptional element and its role in regulating viral transcription and translation. She has extensive training and experience of more than two decades of working in plant molecular biology and biotechnology. Her current research interests lie in the field of genomics and genome engineering for studying plant-pathogen interactions. She has authored several research papers in internationally reputed journals.
