A stunning coloring book for art and flower lovers, featuring intricate line art inspired by 17th-19th century Dutch and European floral masterpieces.
Some of the most exquisitely detailed and extravagant flower paintings were created by Dutch artists of the 17th and 18th centuries such as Rachel Ruysch, Jan van Huysum, Ambrosius Bosschaert the Elder and Jan Davidsz. de Heem. Typically, their abundant arrangements containing a variety of different flowers and colors were set against a darker background to bring the beauty and color of the flowers to the fore. This collection of more than paintings contains a range of stunning examples by these and other Dutch masters as well as later artists including Vincent van Gogh, Eugene Delacroix and Henri Fantin-Latour. Each painting is faced by a detailed line art rendering so you can color your own version of these masterpieces of floral art.
