James N. Palmer, MD, is the Director of the Division of Rhinology, the Co-Director of the Cranial Base Center, David W. Kennedy, MD Professor, and Professor of Otorhinolaryngology: Head and Neck Surgery in Neurosurgery at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
