Per Sevastik works at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian law, situated at Lund University in Sweden. He holds a LL.M from the University of Stockholm, a LL.M in International Legal Studies from Harvard Law School, and a Doctor of Law in Public International Law from the University of Uppsala. He has been Guest Professor at Peking University Law School 2006–2007, and since 2009 appointed as Guest Professor at the same university for a three-year period where he also has lectured at various other universities in China. His most recent publications are a book titled En bok i folkrätt ([A book on international law] Norstedts Juridik, 2009), which he edited and to which he contributed chapters, and a chapter on China in a comparative constitutional law publication (Iustus, 2012).
