Aspects of Ancient Institutions and Geography

Lee L. Brice is Professor of Ancient History at Western Illinois University (USA). He specializes in military unrest in the ancient world and in Corinthian numismatics. He has published three edited volumes on ancient warfare as well as articles and chapters on military unrest, pedagogy, experimental history, military history, and the coins of Corinth. He is series editor of Warfare in the Ancient Mediterranean (Brill).Daniëlle Slootjes is Assistant Professor of Ancient History at the Radboud University Nijmegen (Netherlands). Her research focuses on the period of Late Antiquity with a particular interest in late antique Roman administration, provincial governors and geography, as well as the history of early Christianity.
