JUSTYNA ŻYWIOŁEK is an assistant professor at the Politechnika Częstochowska (Faculty of Management). She earned her doctoral degree with distinction in 2014 in management sciences (with a specialization in security sciences) at the Politechnika Łódzka. Her dissertation addressed the role of information process management in ensuring the security of organizational knowledge resources. Her scholarly work focuses on knowledge and information management, information security, organizational risk, and process governance in contemporary enterprises. She examines how information flows, digital infrastructures, and managerial procedures shape the resilience and security of organizations operating in increasingly complex and data-driven environments. A significant part of her research concerns the systemic relationships between information quality, decision-making effectiveness, and organizational performance. In her publications, she combines perspectives from management science, security studies, and operational analysis, frequently addressing issues such as data protection, risk assessment models, digital transformation, and sustainable organizational development. Her output includes over 170 scientific articles as well as several authored, co-authored, and edited monographs. She actively disseminates research findings at international conferences and collaborates within global academic networks. Dr Żywiołek also serves on international editorial boards, including the Early Career Editorial Board of The Journal of Strategic Information Systems and the Editorial Advisory Board of the International Journal of Management and Applied Research. She has participated in multiple Erasmus+ academic mobility programmes (including Slovenia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and France), contributing to international cooperation in the fields of management, information security, and digital governance.ADAM SULICH – Assistant Professor at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, Department of Advanced Management Studies. He holds a PhD in management and quality sciences (2019) from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, with a dissertation on Green management in balancing the youth labor market. His research focuses on sustainable development, green jobs, business ecosystems, and strategic management. He has authored over 200 peer-reviewed publications, many indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. He has completed research stays at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, VSB–Technical University of Ostrava, Schulich School of Business at York University (Canada), and the University of Łódź. He actively collaborates with international institutions and industry, including Credit Suisse Poland and 3M Poland. A member of the Polish Association of Environmental and Natural Resource Economists since 2019, he also lectures in Polish and English, and regularly presents his research at international conferences across Europe and beyond.
