Arthur Kaufmann

Olimpiu G. Urcan is a Singapore-based chess historian. He contributes regularly to Edward Winter’s Chess Notes and is the author of several chess biographies published by McFarland. Peter Michael Braunwarth is a scholar and professor in Vienna, Austria.
