Paul Morgan obtained his doctorate at St David's University College, Lampeter. He has since worked for the National Library of Wales and the Australian Federal Government, and is currently Projects Officer for Schizoprenia Australia Foundation. He has published many articles on architecture, information technology and especially on literary topics, particularly Vladimir Nabokov and Richard Hughes.
