Jacqueline regularly contributes to a variety ofonline platforms and has appeared at several literary events, including theCanberra Writers Festival, the Goulburn Reader Writer Festival, and the NSWKids & YA Festival. Jacqueline endeavours to encourage her readers to learnmore about the world, supporting an empathetic and inclusive community. Karen Erasmuslives by the sea just south of Melbourne with her children and husband. Thecoastal environment and the vibrant countryside around her home provideinspiration for her illustrations. Karen’s livelyhome life often finds its way into her artwork; she loves to create artworkthat brings stories to life. She has enjoyed illustrating over 20 picturebooks. Karen draws on an iPad carefully choosing colour palettes and textures.When she isn’tdrawing Karen enjoys travelling, she has lived in many different parts of theworld and was originally from the UK. She settled in Melbourne to raise herchildren and loves her adopted home country.
