Approaching Meaning

The book is conceived as a tribute to the American classicist, David Konstan, whose pioneering work, open to a variety of theoretical influences, has been a source of inspiration and reflection. The different topics of the book chapters bear witness to this influence. The file rouge that unites them is a reflection on the meaning of ancient literary texts, the hermeneutic options available and the importance of a dialogue with other disciplines.
