He has vast experience in microbial taxonomy, isolation, cultivation, harvesting, and extraction of valuable products and is an expert in employing molecular tools in the identification and phylogeny of various microorganisms and bioremediation of effluents and bioenergy from microalgae and cyanobacteria.
