Professor Caroline McMullan is Full Professor of Business and Society: Risk and Crisis Management at DCU Business School. She holds a PhD in Crisis Management from the University of Strathclyde and has advised the Irish Government on national risk policy, including the development of Ireland’s National Risk Assessments. Her research and teaching centre on resilience, risk management, and emergency management.Dr. Gavin Brown is Assistant Professor of Business and Society: Risk and Crisis Management at DCU Business School. He holds a PhD in the field of Emergency Management, and his research focuses on risk management, resilience, and crisis management at organisational and societal levels. He has published widely in leading journals and contributes to national and EU projects on disaster risk reduction.Professor Dominic Elliott is Executive Dean of DCU Business School and a leading scholar in business continuity management. He holds a PhD in Crisis Management from Durham University and has extensive experience advising global organisations on resilience, business continuity, and learning from crises. His work bridges academic research and practical application in organisational preparedness.Dr. Monica Kelly is an expert in Transnational Education and organisational resilience and business continuity. She holds a PhD in Business Continuity Management from DCU, where her research focused on resilience and business continuity management. Her career spans academia and industry, combining extensive project management experience with higher education leadership in risk and resilience.Niamh Reilly is a Research Assistant on the EUMA project at DCU, where she supports research in emergency management and disaster risk communication. She has contributed to several EU-funded projects aimed at strengthening public preparedness frameworks. Niamh is also a part-time PhD scholar at Dublin City University.
