Balázs Schanda, Ph.D. is a Professor at Pázmány Péter Catholic University, where he teaches constitutional law, religious freedom and ecclesiastical law. Since 2016 he is a member of the Constitutional Court of Hungary.Ferenc Petruska, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor at Ludovika University of Public Service, where he teaches military law, law of belligerent occupation, defence law and administration. He has published handbooks, translations and numerous articles on military law, law of armed conflict and religious extremism.
