Yekai Yang received his B.E. degree in Measurement and Control Technology and Instrument from Wuhan Institute of Technology, Wuhan, Hubei, China, in 2016, the M.E. degree, and the Ph.D. degree in Control Science and Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai, China, in 2019 and 2023, respectively. He is currently a Lecturer with Donghua University. He also was a Research Associate with the Department of Mechanical Engineering, The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China. His current research interests include interval type-2 fuzzy systems, networked control systems, sliding mode control, event-triggered, T-S fuzzy modeling and its applications.Yugang Niu received M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Control Theory and Control Engineering from the Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Nanjing, China, in 1992 and 2001, respectively. In 2003, he joined the School of Information Science and Engineering, East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai, China, where he is currently a Professor of Control Science and Engineering in the Department of Automation. Professor Niu’s research interests include stochastic systems, sliding mode control, Markov jump systems, networked control systems, wireless sensor networks, and smart grid. He has published more than 200 papers in international journals, and he is also the co-author of two books' Protocols-Based Sliding Mode Control (Taylor & Francis Group, 2022) and ' Finite-Time Sliding Mode Control for Markov Jump Systems: Transient Performance Analysis and Design (Springer, 2025)Professor Niu serves an Associate Editor for several international journals, including Information Sciences, Neurocomputing, IET Control Theory & Applications, Journal of The Franklin Institute, and International Journal of System Sciences. He is also a member of Conference Editorial Board of IEEE Control Systems Society.Jiarui Li received her B.S. degree in automation from the Shanghai Maritime University in 2017, and her Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from the East China University of Science and Technology in 2023. She is currently a lecturer with the Shanghai Maritime University.From October 2021 to October 2022, she was a Visiting Ph.D. Student with the School of Engineering, University of Kent, Canterbury, U.K. From February 2023 to May 2023, she was a Research Assistant with the City University of Hong Kong, China. Her current research interests include sliding mode control and networked control systems.
