Catalin-Silviu Sararu is a professor at the Faculty of Law, Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Bucharest, where he specialises in administrative law and comparative public law. He is Director of the Doctoral School of Law at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, associate member of the Academy of Romanian Scientists and editor-in-chief of the Juridical Tribune - Review of Comparative and International Law (Clarivate Analytics and Scopus). His scientific activity was recognized by the award of the "Tudor Popescu" prize of the Romanian Academy of Scientists in 2024 and the "Anibal Teodorescu" prize of the Romanian Jurists' Union in 2014. Cristina Elena Popa Tache is Dean at Faculty of Law and International Governance, Danubius International University and Visiting Academic Researcher at Lauterpacht Centre for International Law, University of Cambridge. She serves as Co-Chair and co-convenor of the International Business and Human Rights Interest Group within the European Society of International Law (ESIL) and is an active member of the ISDS Academic Forum. She is also the President of the International Institute for the Analysis of Legal and Administrative Mutations, an organisation promoting transdisciplinary approaches in law and social sciences. In 2024, Cristina was honoured with the Nicolae Titulescu Award for International Law by the Romanian Academy, recognising her significant contributions to the field.
