Bożena GAJDZIK is an associate professor in the Department of Industrial Informatics at the Silesian University of Technology, Poland. For more than two decades, her research has focused on engineering and management, particularly digital transformation of industries and steel market in the digital era, decarbonization of industry and sustainable development, innovation and business processes improvement. Her academic output comprises over 700 publications, including 33 monographs, released by national and international publishers and research conducted in cooperation with the business environment. She's on Standford list of Top 2% scientist most cited across the globe from 2021 to now. Her scholarly output includes more than 120 publications issued by Polish and international publishers, as well as scientific studies conducted in cooperation with international universities. He is the author/coauthor of over 160 scientific publications, including 6 monographs. He has served as the leader and as a participant in numerous scientific and research projects for economic practice.
