Dr. Bülent Akkaya is a lecturer in the Department of Office Management, and is Executive Assistant of the Manisa Celal Bayar University, Turkey. His research interests comprise networks and partnerships in diverse disciplines. He has been working on dynamic capabilities, agile leadership, industry 4.0; industry 5.0, and quality of management in contemporary enterprises, and has published many articles, books and book chapters both in Turkish and English.
