Dr Shai Feldman is Head of the Jaffee Center for Strategic Studies, Tel Aviv University. He is a member of the United Nations Secretary-General's Advisory Board on Disarmament, the Board of Directors of Harvard University's Belfer Center, and the Scientific Advisory Committee of the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute.
