Dao Trong Tran was born in Vietnam and went to the VSB-Technical University of Ostrava in 2001, where he studied Automatic Control and Engineering Informatics and obtained his B.Eng. degree in 2004 and M.Eng. degree in 2006. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Technical Cybernetics in 2009 at Tomas Bata University in Zlin. Now he is a researcher, University lecturer at the Faculty of Information Technology of Ton Duc Thang University. He has co-authored research papers and articles in international journals, conference proceedings, conference paper presentations, book chapters, and editor for AETA proceedings: Recent Advances in Electrical Engineering and Related Sciences.Ivan Zelinka received M.Sc. degree from the Technical University, Brno in 1995 and Ph.D. degree from UTB, Zlin, in 2001. He is a professor of Computer Science with Modeling Evolutionary Algorithms Simulation and Artificial Intelligence, Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, VSB-Technical University of Ostrava, Ostrava, Czech Republic. He is a supervisor of a few research projects, including international projects. He is also the supervisor of a research laboratory that consists of three professors and Ph.D. students working on different projects. He is an editor of a few journals and an editor and a founder of a series of books.Vo Hoang Duy was born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He received the Ph.D. degree in mechatronics from Pukyong National University, South Korea, in 2010. He has been the Dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Ton Duc Thang University, Vietnam, from 2013 to 2018. Now, he is one of the Vice Presidents of Ton Duc Thang University. His research interests include robotics, automation, and industrial systems.Jiri Hosek received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Brno University of Technology (BUT), Czech Republic, where he is an associate professor and the deputy head for R&D and international relations. An author of over 150 research works, his expertise lies in networking technologies, wireless communications, QoS, user experience, and loT applications, focusing on industry-oriented R&D in mobile networks, loT, and Industry 4.0 automation.Chau Si Thien Dong was born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She received the M.Sc. degree in automatic control from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh City, in 2003, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical machines, apparatus, and drives from VSB—Technical University of Ostrava, Ostrava, Czechia, in 2017. She has been the Dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City, from 2018 to 2023, and she is currently a Vice President of Ton Duc Thang University.Phuong T. Tran was born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He received B.Eng. and M. Eng. degrees in electrical engineering from Ho Chi Minh University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in 2002 and 2005, respectively. In 2007, he became a Vietnam Education Foundation fellow at Purdue University, U.S.A., where he received his M.S. degree in mathematics and Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering in 2013. In 2013, he joined the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of Ton Duc Thang University, Vietnam and served as the Vice Dean of the Faculty since October 2014 and the Dean since 2025. He is currently a senior member of IEEE. His major interests are in the area of wireless communications and network information theory.
