Brian Bornstein is Research Professor in the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Arizona State University, Professor Emeritus in the Department of Psychology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Senior Lecturing Fellow at the Duke University Law School, and Adjunct Professor of Psychology & Neuroscience at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He is former editor of the journal Psychology, Crime & Law. He has authored 5 books, and this is his 17th edited book.Monica Miller is a Foundation Professor and Fulbright Senior Scholar at the University of Nevada, Reno with a split appointment between the Criminal Justice Department and the PhD Program in Social Psychology. She is on the editorial board of the journal Psychology, Crime & Law.
