Ratneshwar Kumar Ratnesh (Edited By) Dr. Ratneshwar Kumar Ratnesh is an Assistant professor of the Electronics & Communication Engineering Department at the Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), Delhi, India. He received B. Tech degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from UPTU, M. Tech degree in Micro & Nanotechnology from Jamia Millia Islamia Central University, Delhi, India, and Ph.D. from Delhi Technological University, Delhi, India in 2017. Many universities and institutes in India and abroad (NGCEF, Australia) serve as visiting faculty. He is an editorial board member of more than five international and a reviewer of approximately more than twenty international (SCI) journals. He has published more than seventy (70) international SCI/Scopus journal paper with total citations of more than 1130, h-index of 21 and i-10 index of 31. He has been deeply involved in electronics and medical research in both private and academic institutions. He is recipient of DST SERB-TARE grant as well as completed two AICTE sponsored projects from Govt. of India. Currently having one ongoing ANRF sponsored projects based on solar cells efficiency improvement. He has received three consultancy projects from Govt. of India (Mint) and two from Pvt. organization. He has secured four patents right three Indian and one German patent. He received the Commendable Research Award twice, in 2017 and 2018, at DTU, Delhi, India. He is the author of three international books in the field of Industry 4.0 and recent advancements in electronics. His current research interest includes the development of very large-scale integrated circuits using nanotechnologies such as carbon nanotube field-effect transistor (CNTFET), quantum dots-based (QDs) sensor, qubit, metamaterials, and thin-film technology. He received his B.E. in Electronics Instrumentation & control engineering from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur in 2007 and his M.Tech degree in Instrumentation & Control from Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, in 2009. He subsequently received his Ph.D degree in Instrumentation from Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, in 2019. From 2014 to 2019 he was a Research Scholar with the Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar under the Signal Processing Laboratory and from 2009-14 and then from 2019-present, he has been an Assistant Professor with the Electronics Department. His research interests include Biomedical Instrumentation, Tomography application in medical and industrial settings.Jay Singh (Edited By) Dr. Jay Singh has been working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Chemistry, Institute of Sciences at Banaras Hindu University since 2017. He received his Ph.D. degree in Polymer Science from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology in 2010 and received his MSc and BSc from Allahabad University, Uttar Pradesh, India. He was a postdoctoral fellow at the National Physical Laboratory in New Delhi, Chonbuk National University in South Korea and Delhi Technological University. He has also received many prestigious fellowships like the CSIR (RA), DST-Young scientist fellowship, DST-INSPIRE faculty award and more. His research interests include the development of various chemically and biologically synthesized nanomaterials and their nanobiocomposite, conducting polymer and self-assembled monolayers and their application in biosensors. He has published more than 160 international research papers with total citations of more than 6000 and a h-index of 43. He has completed various research projects in different funding agencies and he has more than 18 edited or authored books and has authored more than 60 book chapters for publications with Elsevier, Springer Nature, IOP, Wiley, and CRC. He has also successfully handled many special issues in various journals with Elsevier, Willey Springer, MDPI and Frontiers. He is currently actively engaged in fabricating sustainable metal oxide-based biosensors for clinical diagnosis, food packaging applications, drug delivery and tissue engineering applications. His research has contributed significantly to the fundamental understanding of interfacial charge transfer processes and sensing aspects of metal nanoparticles.
