This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 7th East European Conference on Advances in Databases and Information Systems, ADBIS 2003, held in Dresden, Germany in September 2003.The 29 revised full papers presented together with 2 invited contributions were carefully reviewed and selected from 86 submissions.
