I’m using a Teachers College Press Book titled "The Micropolitics of Educational Leadership" but I would use this one instead.In respnse to the first proposal you sent me I responded with three pages in which I expressed some doubts about the seriousness of the book. I think this was in part because the author sent in the proposal before it was ready for prime time. This version is much more thorough, and most of my concerns have been addressed. I think the book could be used in many classes because of the issues it addresses and the discussion of the research method/methodology. I also think that it could be used with undergraduate and graduate students. In addition, many classes with service learning components would be interested in how their students could do campus/community projects around the issues raised.
