Professor Tracey Berry attained her MPhys and DPhil degrees from Oxford University. She has led gender equality within Royal Holloway University since 2007 and was a national assessor for UK universities for gender equality awards. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Physics and is a keen marathon runner. Professor Laura McCullough has been studying gender and physics issues since 1995. Her book Women in Physics (Second Edition) was published in 2024. She has given numerous talks on gender and physics. In 2025 she became a Fellow of the American Physical Society for her work on gender equity in physics. Dr Anne Marie Porter earned her Ph.D. in Psychology in 2017. She found her way to the statistical research department at the American Institute of Physics (AIP), where she gathers and publishes data on the representation of women in physics and the experiences of women in physics departments and workplaces.
