Clare Harman Clark is a subject specialist in all aspects of property law and practice. A practising lawyer for nearly 20 years, she qualified at Clifford Chance LLP and now works as a Senior Counsel (Knowledge) at Winston Taylor International LLP. With an MA in International Planning and Sustainable Development, Clare teaches property law and practice to postgraduates. She sits on the editorial board of the Landlord and Tenant Review, has written extensively on the commercial property market and is also a contributing author to various legal industry guides. Clare also Chairs the Property Section of the Law Society, supporting conveyancers nationwide.Lucinda is a subject specialist in all aspects of land law and property law and practice. Lucinda is a qualified solicitor and practised in both residential and commercial property. She has been in academia for over 18 years, having been a Senior Lecturer at the University of Westminster, a Learning Coach on the Solicitors Qualifying Examination for BARBRI Global and is currently a Lecturer at the University of Exeter.
