Carwyn Jones (Ngāti Kahungunu, Te Aitanga-a-Māhaki) is Head Lecturer for Māori Laws and Philosophy, Te Wānanga o Raukawa, and has worked in the areas of te Tiriti o Waitangi, Māori legal issues and Indigenous law. Previously he worked at Te Herenga Waka Law School, the Waitangi Tribunal and the Māori Land Court, including the Office of Treaty Settlements.Maria Bargh (Te Arawa, Ngāti Awa) is Professor of Politics and Māori Studies at Te Herenga Waka. She has worked on issues of Māori politics, constitutional change and Māori representation, electoral voting, and Māori resource management.
