Yearbook of the International Law Commission

This volume contains the report of the International Law Commission on the work of its fifty-sixth session (3 May, 4 June and 5 July – 6 August 2004). The issues discussed at that session included: reservations to treaties, diplomatic protection, unilateral acts of States, shared matural resources, and international liability for injurious consequences arising out of acts not prohibited by international law, and responsibilities of international organisations.
