Yearbook of the International Law Commission

This volume contains the report of the International Law Commission on the work of its fifty-fifth session (5 May, 6 June and 7 June – 8 August 2003). The issues discussed at that session included: reservations to treaties, diplomatic protection, unilateral acts of states, state responsibility, and international liability for injurious consequences arising out of acts not prohibited by international law, and responsibilities of international organisations.
