Jean Maye (Camis) is an international bestselling author of books for children, young adults, and families. She writes fiction and non-fiction. Her creative writing skills are supported by a varied range of qualifications, including a master’s degree in creative writing from Kingston University, a summer course at Oxford University, and various seminars and workshops. Jean’s love for children’s fantasy stems from her childhood and her love for Enid Blyton. C.S Lewis, J.R.R Tolkien and Kenneth Grahame. She is also a multi-award-wining screenwriter/producer and the company director of Mouse Chased Cat Productions. Jean is a full member of the Writers’ Guild of Great Britain.
