Transforming Trade and Development in a Fractured, Post-pandemic World

This is the report of the Secretary-General of UNCTAD to the 15th session of the quadrennial UNCTAD Conference. It describes how a fractured global economic landscape has been scarred by the COVID-19 pandemic and then goes on to argue that the session should led to an agreed outcome where Member States ""double-down"" on the Sustainable Development Goals and their unmet targets related to trade and development to accelerate achievement of the 2030 Agenda.
