Suneetha T.B. is Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Biotechnology at Acharya Institute of Technology, with over 25 years of experience in teaching and research. She holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Biotechnology. Dr. Suneetha has received multiple awards, including the Karnataka Suvarna Shri Award and the Golden Educationist of India Award, and has been recognized for her research on Bovine mastitis. She has published over 30 research papers and guided students to win national and international accolades. She is actively involved in accreditation processes and serves as the principal investigator for AICTE MODROBS projects.Ashutosh Sharma is Assistant Professor at Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University, Jhansi, specializing in agricultural extension and technology transfer. He holds a Ph.D. from Jawahar Lal Nehru Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur, and has published over 15 research papers, three books, and nine book chapters. Dr. Sharma has received several honors, including the Young Scientist Award and Best Agricultural Extension Worker Award, for his contributions to agricultural extension and education.Dipak Nath is Professor at the Directorate of Extension Education, Central Agricultural University, Imphal, Manipur. With extensive experience in agricultural extension, he has published 110 research papers, 12 books, and numerous technical materials. He has received 14 national and international awards, including the Best Extension Professional Award. Prof. Nath has led major programs such as the Formation and Promotion of 10K FPOs and Integrated Farming Systems in Manipur. His expertise includes group mobilization, training management, and technology transfer, and he has guided 10 postgraduate students.Suprita Pawar is a Research Associate with the All India Coordinated Research Project on Women in Agriculture (AICRP-WIA). She holds a Ph.D. in Community Science from the University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad. Her research focuses on occupational health, ergonomics, and livelihood challenges of rural communities, particularly women. Dr. Pawar has authored over 12 research papers, contributed to books and chapters, and received awards such as the Global Young Professional Award. Her work aims to reduce drudgery and improve the well-being of workers through scientific interventions.
