P. Chandrasekhara Rao is Judge at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea since 1996. He served as President of the Tribunal from 1999 to 2002.Ph. Gautier is Registrar of the Tribunal since 2001. He served as Deputy Registrar from 1997 to 2001. He is Professor at the Catholic University of Louvain.
