Mid-infrared Optoelectronics

Eric Tournié is a professor of electrical engineering and photonics at the University of Montpellier, France, and a senior member of the Institut Universitaire de France. He is a specialist in compound semiconductor heterostructures and optoelectronic devices, with a focus on mid-infrared optoelectronics.Laurent Cerutti is an Associate Professor at the University of Montpellier, France. His research activities focus on the development and MBE (molecular beam epitaxy) growth of Sb-base photonic devices, mainly for the development of MIR cascade lasers grown on native and lattice mismatched substrate.
