Managerial Issues in International Business

FELICIA M. FAI is a Lecturer in International Business at the University of Bath's School of Management, UK. Her research interests include competence development, knowledge transfers and foreign direct investment behaviour. She has contributed to academic journals and conferences, writing on corporate technological diversification, the role of language in cross-border alliances, knowledge transfer in supply chains, and evidence of rising technological competencies in China. ELEANOR J. MORGAN is Senior Lecturer in Business Economics at the University of Bath's School of Management, UK.
