Upinder Kaur is the Head of Department, Computer Science and Engineering, at Akal University. Her career in academia and research in computer science and engineering spans over 20 years. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Manipal University and has been honored for his research work by the Governor of Rajasthan during his masters. He has more than 14 years of teaching experience. He is an active member of ISTE, IEEE and IAENG, CSI. Khan is working in the School of Science, Engineering and Environment, Data Science Department at the University of Salford, United Kingdom. She is a project management professional certified from PMP, USA. She has been ranked among the top 2% of scientists globally by Stanford University for two years in a row (2023 and 2024). She has published over 200 articles and books in high indexed outlets with her students and colleagues. She has been awarded with best paper awards, and several other recognitions. She is also serving as Deputy EIC in TCE letters, Associate editor in IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics, HCIS and EAAI journals and Guest editor in many other reputed journals. She is also involved in projects with external funding from UK, India, and Middle Eastern Institutes. She has been serving as a session chair in many IEEE conferences and has been invited as a resource person at International Conferences and FDPs. She is also a member in the Women in Data Science Ambassador 2024. Her research interests are machine learning/deep learning, data science in healthcare, and sentiment analysis.Mariya Ouaissa is currently a Professor in Cybersecurity and Networks at the Faculty of Sciences Semlalia, Cadi Ayyad University, Marrakech, Morocco. She earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science and Networks from ENSAM-Moulay Ismail University, Meknes, Morocco in 2019. She is a Networks and Telecoms Engineer, graduated in 2013 from National School of Applied Sciences Khouribga, Morocco. She is a Co-Founder and IT Consultant at IT Support and Consulting Center. She was a Visiting Professor at the School of Technology, Meknes, Morocco between 2013 and 2021. She is member of the International Association of Engineers and International Association of Online Engineering, and since 2021, she has been an "ACM Professional Member". She is an Expert Reviewer with Academic Exchange Information Centre (AEIC) and Brand Ambassador with Bentham Science. She has served and continues to serve on technical programs and organizer committees of several conferences and events and has organized many Symposiums/Workshops/Conferences as a General Chair. Dr. Ouaissa has made contributions in the fields of information security and privacy, Internet of Things security, and wireless and constrained networks security. Her main research topics are IoT, M2M, D2D, WSN, cellular networks, and vehicular networks. She has published over 120 papers (book chapters, international journals, and conferences/workshops), 40 edited books, and 10 special issues as guest editor.
