The concept of collegial advice presented in this publication is based on the Heidelberg integrative process model for advice. This model is based on synergetics as the theory of self-organization and the systemic problem-solving theory. In addition, the model gives central importance to systematic reflection processes. At the same time, the book is consistently practically oriented with numerous working aids and guidelines for preparation, implementation and reflection - also available online - as well as an independent concept for a live online setting. In this way, collegial advice can do justice to the growing importance of virtual forms of learning.
