Ken Kinoshita (Ph. D., Doshisha University, Japan) is an associate professor at the Faculty of Socio-Environmental Studies, Fukuoka Institute of Technology, Fukuoka, Japan. His research focuses on the Japanese parliament, local councils, and political communication.
