Ronald E. Riggio, Ph.D., is the Henry R. Kravis Professor of Leadership and Organizational Psychology at Claremont McKenna College. He has published more than two dozen authored or edited books, more than 200 articles and book chapters, and is a charter member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).Stefanie K. Johnson, Ph.D., is a SIOP fellow and Associate Professor of Management at CU Boulder’s Leeds School of Business where she studies the intersection of leadership and diversity.
