Ronald E. Miller is Professor Emeritus of Regional Science at the University of Pennsylvania. A pioneer in the development of interregional input-output models, his research providing key insights about interregional feedback effects and many other features of regional economic models spans five decades. Peter D. Blair is Distinguished Senior Fellow in the Schar School of Policy and Government, George Mason University.
