I Love You Brighter than the Stars

Owen takes a walk in the woods with his dog Bradford whenever he's in need of a new idea. He lives directly above a bookshop and is sure that all the wonderful stories below seep into his dreams at night. Sean Julian enjoyed art from an early age, focusing on potato printmaking and creating plasticine dinosaurs. Years later he studied at the Mansfield College of Art, before moving to Bristol to study illustration. Being rather big and hairy himself, he was always happiest illustrating big, hairy creatures such as bears and gorillas. This naturally led to a career in children's books. He now has over twenty years' experience illustrating and writing for children.

[I Love You Brighter than the Stars] explores the loving bond we strive to have with children we may be caring for and continue to do so no matter how old [or] far away they are from us.
