This book aspires to raise some new interests in the field of international law around international migration. The primary objective is to draw much-needed attention to a largely unrecognised category of vulnerable persons residing on the African continent, who are, nonetheless, entitled to protection under various international instruments. By highlighting this group, the research aims to address gaps in current legal frameworks and advocate for their rightful recognition and protection.
