Carol Skinner has extensive experience in TEFL. She has taught English in many countries around the world. Polish INSETT Project has been set up to help teachers of English working in all types of schools at different levels to develop professionally. She is also co-author of the course for English language teachers Observing English Lessons British Council Stadium UG (1999).
