Spencer Niles is a professor of counselor education and co-director of the THRIVE Research and Intervention Center at The College of William & Mary. He served as the dean in the School of Education at W&M from 2013-2020, where he was ranked as the 11th most influential dean of education in the United States. Dr. Niles is the 79th president of the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision.
