Hannes Zacher is Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at Leipzig University. He earned his PhD from the University of Giessen and subsequently worked in academic positions in Germany, Australia, and the Netherlands. In his research program, he investigates aging at work and career development, occupational health and wellbeing, proactive and adaptive employee behaviors, as well as environmental sustainability in and of organizations. Kerrie L. Unsworth is Chair of Organizational Behaviour at Leeds University Business School and a member of the Workplace Behaviour Research Centre. She is interested in understanding and helping people at work, including their pro-environmental behaviors, creativity, well-being and productivity; she is an expert in how people juggle their different goals and identities and the effect that has on their motivation and behaviors.
