Dr. Dennis Filler is a registered Professional Engineer with 35 years of diverse civil, environmental, and engineering science experience with residential, commercial, industrial, educational, and utility facilities. He is a Principal with Insight-Forensics, LLC and practices Forensic Engineering related to infrastructure damage assessment, geo-environmental (soils and environmental) and hydrologic investigations, cold regions engineering (infrastructure impacts and permafrost investigations), fire and explosion cause and origin, engineered system failures and impacts (primarily underground infrastructure), product liability investigations, and limited traffic accident reconstruction, evaluation of mechanical systems, and structural failure analysis support.
