Nigel Bankes is a Professor of Law at the University of Calgary, where he holds the chair in natural resources law, and an adjunct professor at the University of Tromsø, Norway. He has an honorary doctorate from the University of Akureyri, Iceland.Seline Trevisanut is Assistant Professor of international law at Universiteit Utrecht. She holds a law degree from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Maitrise en Droit) and a PhD in international law from the University of Milan.
