David M. Boje is a Professor at Aalborg University, Denmark, and a visiting Professorat Cabrini University, USA. He is also Emeritus Professor and a Regents' Professorat New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, USA. He has published over 120journal articles and 24 books, and he is the founder of the Tamara Journal for CriticalOrganization Inquiry. Mabel Sanchez is a PhD student at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, USA.Mabel has worked in the government and private sector, including the World TradeCenter El Paso/Juarez, the New Mexico Border Authority, and the Dallas IndependentSchool District. Her research interests include diversity, gender and organization,organizational change, feminist theory, and qualitative research.
