Effective Organizations and Social Values

The role of social values in the functioning of work organizations is analyzed in this volume with contributions by international social scientists. The dynamic synthesis between social values and organizational functioning and management practices is examined in light of different cultural contexts, including Chinese, Indian, Thai, Venezuelan, Japanese and Indonesian.
