In the alleys off San Francisco's Castro Street, young couples are into blood as an aphrodisiac. It was just a matter of time before someone turned up dead. Murdered. Detective Jeff "Dutch" Holland was the wrong man at the wrong time for this investigation. Moving from Houston to San Francisco, he was hoping for a fresh start with the force and his marriage, but his personal demons quickly dovetailed into the classic profile that "cutting" attracted.
