Alan Shank is Professor and Chairperson of Political Science at State University of New York at Geneseo. He is the author of New Jersey Reapportionment Politics, co-author of Urban Perspectives, editor of American Politics, Policies, and Priorities; Political Power and the Urban Crisis, and co-editor of Educational Investment in an Urban Society.
